What we manage

The farm stays active from the day you buy.

Our operating team handles the full agricultural cycle on your plot. Water systems, soil care, seasonal crops, plantation upkeep. You do not need to coordinate any of it. Our farm is already selling produce in local markets. Your plot joins a model that is running.

Your plot's water and irrigation are handled by our operating team as part of managed care, so the land stays healthy without you lifting a finger.

Soil and crop care

Soil health, seasonal planting, and crop care are managed for you, keeping your plot a productive, working farm.

Harvest and produce

As an owner, you can buy the farm's produce at a discount. You are welcome to visit and see the harvest in person.

Who actually takes care of my plot after I buy?

Our operating team does. They handle planting, irrigation, soil care, and ongoing upkeep. You do not need to manage the day-to-day. That is the point of managed farmland.

What is included in the 6 years of free management?

Plantation upkeep, agricultural care, and irrigation support for 6 full years after purchase. It comes with every plot. No add-on cost.

Do I need to visit the farm regularly?

No. You can visit whenever you want. Many owners bring their families on weekends. But you do not have to. The farm stays managed whether you come or not.

What happens after the 6 years of free management?

After 6 years, farm profits are shared 70/30. You keep 70%. The farm is already selling produce in local markets today, so the model is running.
